Hi, I’m Jessica, a recent graduate from Edge Hill University, where I earned a degree in Geoenvironmental Hazards. I’ve recently joined Watertight International as a new starter. My passion for natural hazards – particularly flooding, which is so prevalent in the UK – is what inspired me to pursue this career path.

My name is Molly Gill, I am a plant operator, and I work for Flannery plant hire. My role is to safely operate dump trucks to transport materials efficiently and support smooth daily production on site. I am based in Bedfordshire
